To make Cocktail Base: Pour the specified spirits and syrup into one sizeable container, let it rest for one hour, then strain preferably using cheesecloth, so it's completely strained.
To serve: Measure 85ml from the batch mix into your stirring glass filled with ice, gently stirring lightly for a minute to cool it down. Strain into a chilled martini glass or equivalent, decorate with the cranberries and complete it using a light spray of the essential oil over the top.
